Acloché LLC in the Dallas–Plano area is seeking a Director of Business Development to drive results with Fortune 1000 clients. You will identify accounts, craft entry strategies, and lead a team of experts to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions.

The role demands a stable career history, a proven track record with large deals, and comfort with a hybrid office schedule (in-office at least three days per week) in Plano.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of direct B2B sales experience calling on Fortune 1000 companies.
• Clear history of new business development selling professional services.
• Large volume sales experience ($250k+ per sale).
• Experience with broad range of sales cycles (three to six to twelve months).
• History of career stability with a maximum of jobs 4 in the last ten years.
• Compensation derived through highly leveraged commissions and bonuses.
• Demonstrated track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads.
