Job summary

&Open is seeking a Solutions Engineer to sit between customers and the product, designing integrations, mapping workflows, and ensuring live deployments. You’ll own the end-to-end setup from sales handoff to live automation, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams worldwide.

You'll work on API-driven integrations, HubSpot workflows, and cross-tool orchestration, with constant opportunities to document learnings and improve the platform.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in a solutions engineering, sales engineering, implementation or technical account management role at a B2B software company.
• Integrations delivered end to end with detailed walkthroughs.
• Comfort with APIs, webhooks and system integrations.
• Hands-on experience with a CRM or marketing platform like HubSpot; experience with automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Run technical demos: cross-system flows and API integrations.
• Gather customer requirements and translate them into solutions.
• Design how our product fits into customers' systems and write the workaround if needed.
• Set up integrations and workflows; ensure live automation is running.
• Drive adoption by keeping automations live and functional.
• Troubleshoot and debug integrations and setups for customers.
• Document gaps and contribute to playbooks and product feedback.
• Ship small code changes when necessary; collaborate with engineers.
• Use AI to automate reporting and prototyping as part of integrations.
