Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced Specialist Enterprise Account Executive to lead analytics-related opportunities with Tribal Nations and casino & gaming operators. You will build trusted relationships with tribal leadership, gaming commissions, and resort executives while expanding Salesforce Analytics adoption.

You will drive the analytics conversation, map industry use cases, manage long sales cycles, and coordinate with product support and sales engineering to meet complex requirements.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of quota-carrying software or technology sales and account management experience
• Ability to work within a matrixed team with partners and executives
• Experience addressing customer data challenges and earning trust
• Strong business acumen with a focus on execution and value delivery
• Familiarity with tribal sovereignty, governance, and community-focused values
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and events
• Education: Degree or equivalent relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Build key stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at tribal accounts.
• Develop long-term account strategy aligned to customer business and community objectives.
• Position Salesforce Analytics for industry use cases (gaming, hospitality, public sector).
• Coordinate with product support, customer success, and sales engineering to meet customer needs.
• Partner on account planning with various Salesforce teams to ensure strategic alignment.
• Be a SME in Salesforce Analytics, including product features and licensing.
• Manage long, complex deals and present the analytics value proposition to executives.
• Define and execute territory and account sales plans to meet/exceed quota.
