Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager for Industries in New York. You will be the strategic advisor to our most complex customers across Entertainment, Insurance, Manufacturing and Retail, guiding adoption of Claude API, Claude for Enterprise, and Claude Code.

You will develop deep industry partnerships, align with customer objectives, and drive adoption and expansion while working with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable ROI and value.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Solutions Engineering.
• Experience working with enterprises in teleco, media, retail, industrial, business services.
• Technical fluency with ability to understand and articulate AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and software implementation patterns.
• Experience driving success across both consumption-based and seat-based business models, with understanding of different expansion levers and success metrics for each.
• Strategic mindset to identify growth opportunities and translate them into actionable expansion plans.
• Proven track record managing a portfolio of accounts while maintaining strong relationships and driving measurable outcomes.
• Cross-functional collaborator who represents the customer in a positive, proactive manner.
• Passion for AI and interest in responsible development of advanced systems.
• A knack for bringing order to chaos and an enthusiastic "roll up your sleeves" mentality

Responsibilities

• Build trusting, strategic relationships with key customer decision makers to understand their business and objectives.
• Become an expert in Anthropic's products across API, Claude Code and Claude for Enterprise.
• Drive usage planning and understand current and future consumption to create value for the customer.
• Monitor usage patterns and address underutilization across API and seat-based products.
• Socialize Anthropic's product roadmap and engage Product PMs to maximize product adoption.
• Document and quantify customer value through ROI and business outcomes.
• Identify new use cases and expand engagements across departments and workflows.
• Develop change management strategies to drive end-user adoption and organizational enablement.
• Own the customer lifecycle with comprehensive success plans and Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Develop scalable engagement playbooks for the Industry portfolio.
