Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager for Financial Services to partner with our largest clients, guiding Claude adoption across API, Claude Code, and Claude for Enterprise. You will align business objectives with product capabilities, foster strategic relationships, and drive measurable value through usage and expansion.

Based in San Francisco, you will own end-to-end customer journeys, conduct Quarterly Business Reviews, and collaborate with product, sales, and research

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Solutions Engineering.
• Experience with enterprises in Financial Services.
• Deep understanding of FSI regulatory, risk, and compliance needs.
• Technical fluency to articulate AI/ML concepts and API integrations.
• Experience managing both consumption-based and seat-based models.
• Strategic mindset to identify growth opportunities and translate to expansion plans.
• Proven track record managing a portfolio of accounts with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build trusting, strategic relationships with key customer decision makers and identify opportunities for optimization and expansion.
• Become an expert in Anthropic's products across API, Claude Code and Claude for Enterprise to guide customers to right solutions.
• Proactively drive usage planning and understand current and future consumption and value creation.
• Monitor usage patterns and address underutilization across API and Claude-based products to maximize value.
• Socialize Anthropic's product roadmap and engage Product PMs to align on customer needs.
• Document and quantify customer value realized through ROI and business outcomes.
• Identify new use cases and opportunities across departments in collaboration with Sales.
• Develop change management strategies to drive end-user adoption and enable organizational learning.
• Own the customer experience across lifecycle with quarterly business reviews and robust success plans.
• Develop scalable engagement playbooks for Industry portfolios to maximize impact.
