Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager for Enterprise Tech to guide a strategic book of enterprise clients in the AI space. You will partner with executives to drive adoption of Claude capabilities, manage lifecycle, and deliver measurable value across API, Claude Code and Cowork.

You'll collaborate with the account team to tailor deployment plans, lead change management, and build durable partnerships that align customer objectives with Anthropic's product roadmap.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Strategy Consulting.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS and exec-level engagement.
• Ability to lead organization-wide change programs for large users.
• Technical fluency in AI/ML concepts and API integrations.
• Proven track record managing multiple enterprise accounts.

• Build strategic relationships with key customer decision makers.
• Own operations across the account lifecycle with structured assessments.
• Guide customers to Claude capabilities and best practices.
