Job summary

Asana seeks a role-based leader to guide enterprise customers through AI-enabled transformation, designing structured, time-bound engagements from onboarding through workflow launch, and ensuring teams and AI agents collaborate effectively.

Based in London with a hybrid schedule, you will partner with executive sponsors and cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable impact, align platform setup and milestones, and craft adoption roadmaps that scale Asana AI across high‑value workflows.

Qualifications

• Proven customer-facing implementation or consulting experience leading onboarding or deployment engagements in SaaS.
• Experience deploying enterprise AI tools, AI-powered workflows, or platform implementations.
• Ability to guide customers through AI change management with empathy.
• Track record coordinating multiple enterprise workstreams with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured onboarding and deployment engagements with cross-functional teams to drive AI adoption.
• Align stakeholders on platform setup, workflows, and success metrics.
• Document comprehensive implementation plans with milestones and risks.
• Guide customers through workflow design, discovery, and testing with Asana AI.
• Coordinate delivery across time-bound engagements from kickoff to launch.
• Develop roadmaps for scaling Asana AI usage and expansion.
• Conduct recurring check-ins to assess adoption metrics and opportunities.
• Surface expansion signals to internal partners and establish delivery frameworks.
