Job summary

Asana, a leader in work management, seeks a Customer Enablement Manager to partner with enterprise customers and drive adoption of AI-enabled workflows. You will own a portfolio of strategic accounts, leading discovery, enablement programs, and change management to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Services to diagnose adoption barriers, design scalable education, and guide customers through complex stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in customer enablement, customer success, or related roles in SaaS.
• Experience leading complex enterprise engagements with discovery, facilitation and enablement.
• Strong consultative skills to translate ambiguity into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic advisory engagements with enterprise customers.
• Own complex engagements from discovery through delivery and follow-up.
• Drive workflow and AI transformation across customer environments.
• Facilitate workshops and executive-level conversations.
• Measure adoption impact and adjust strategies based on data.
• Identify renewal/expansion opportunities and collaborate with account teams.
