Job summary

CDW is seeking a Client Executive to drive strategic growth by delivering high-value solutions and services across a defined portfolio. You will serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, shaping roadmaps and expanding services revenue in complex enterprise environments.

In this highly visible role, you will lead sales engagements, identify opportunities, and ensure successful delivery while fostering long-term partnerships and client success across the CDW portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing business strategy and execution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data modeling and forecasting.
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• In-depth understanding of technologies such as Cisco, Microsoft, IBM, EMC and HP.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizing Accounts and Opportunities: strategize account management and evaluate potential.
• Developing an Account Strategy: align stakeholders and expand opportunities.
• Time-Constrained Discovery: uncover needs while respecting time constraints.
• Initial Negotiation: develop options and establish credibility with the customer.
• Creating a Story to Share with a Customer: craft engaging narratives.
• Raising Awareness of an Unidentified Need: facilitate discussions with business relevance.
• Establishing Credibility with an Executive: focus on results that matter to executives.
• Increase awareness of CDW's value proposition and total portfolio.
• Deliver Advanced Technology product GP and service revenue attainment.
