Job summary

Selector Software is seeking a Customer Engineer to own the technical relationship with enterprise customers beyond the Proof of Concept, driving production adoption and expansion of the platform.

You will translate customer requirements into scalable solutions, collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Success teams, and guide customers through rollout and ongoing adoption while traveling 10–20% as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Deep expertise in enterprise networking: BGP, MPLS, IGPs, Traffic Engineering, SD-WAN, Wireless, SNMP, Syslog, NetFlow/sFlow/IPFIX, telemetry (gNMI/OpenConfig), and REST APIs.
• Experience deploying or supporting enterprise observability or IT operations platforms for Fortune 500/large enterprises.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, and modern infrastructure architecture; translate business requirements into technical designs.

Responsibilities

• Own technical success from POC to production, building trusted relationships with customer architects and executives.
• Lead architecture reviews, onboarding, and complex production troubleshooting across networking, observability, integrations, APIs, and AI-driven workflows.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align technical execution with business objectives and product feedback.
