Bring 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role in enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity, plus strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role in enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity.
- Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of platform configurations and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a flexible technical resource for challenging or recurring account situations.
- Lead short‑term, project-based technical engagements without a dedicated TAM.
- Partner with CSMs to assess needs, join calls, and define next steps.
- Lead hands-on platform optimization and proactive configuration tuning.
- Document session recaps and next steps in CRM for visibility.
- Advise on underused features and flag upsell or deployment opportunities.
- Escalate when scope exceeds role and hand off clearly to specialists.
- Identify recurring patterns to drive systemic product improvements.
