Connect Tech+Talent seeks an Enterprise Solutions Consultant to partner with large strategic customers, guiding AI-driven customer experience transformations and shaping value through workshops and proof-of-concept initiatives.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Professional Services to craft tailored demonstrations, drive adoption, and ensure measurable outcomes across executive and practitioner audiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading discovery sessions and workshops.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience with AI proof-of-concept initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions, value workshops, and stakeholder meetings to uncover challenges and define outcomes.
• Head AI proof-of-concept initiatives, workshops, and trials to demonstrate business value.
• Develop tailored demonstrations aligned to customer objectives and transformation goals.
• Act as a trusted advisor to executives, linking needs to solutions and outcomes.
• Maintain expertise in Genesys products, AI innovations, and cloud technologies; share knowledge.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Partners to win strategies.
