Pearson seeks an Advanced Specialist, Solutioning to translate complex enterprise challenges into compelling solution narratives and proposals aligned to customer strategy. You will lead discovery, shape tailored proposals, and partner with sales, product, delivery, legal, finance, and customer success to ensure adoption.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in solution consulting or related roles, a business/IT bachelor’s (MBA preferred), and fluency with AI tools.

Qualifications

7+ years in solution consulting or a related customer-facing role.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field; MBA preferred.
Experience using AI tools (Copilot) to improve analysis and outcomes.
Experience with workforce planning, talent strategy, or organizational transformation is a plus.
Proven ability to partner with sales teams and influence enterprise buyers.
Excellent written and verbal communication; executive-level PowerPoint presentations.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic customer discovery to understand objectives, challenges, stakeholders, and success criteria.
Develop and present tailored solution proposals that articulate value, outcomes, and differentiation.
Collaborate with sales, product, delivery, legal, finance, and customer success to ensure readiness and adoption.
Stay current on enterprise trends in AI, workforce strategy, digital transformation, and solution consulting best practices.
Travel occasionally to support customer engagements and internal collaboration.
