Job summary
Pearson is seeking an Advanced Specialist, Solutioning to translate complex business challenges into compelling solution narratives aligned with customer strategy. You will lead enterprise-ready proposals and collaborate across sales, product, delivery, legal, finance, and customer success to ensure adoption and value realization.
The role requires 7+ years in solution consulting or related fields, a business/IT background (MBA desirable), and strong AI tool fluency with executive presentation
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in solution consulting, pre-sales, or related customer-facing role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field preferred; MBA or equivalent is desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools (Copilot) to improve analysis, productivity, and outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic customer discovery (conversations/workshops) to understand objectives, challenges, stakeholders, and success criteria.
- Develop and present tailored solution proposals that articulate value, outcomes, and differentiation, supporting revenue goals.
- Collaborate withSales, product, delivery, legal, finance, and customer success to ensure implementation readiness and adoption.
- Stay current on enterprise AI, workforce planning, and digital transformation trends and best practices.
- Occasional travel to support customer engagements and internal collaboration.
