Job summary

Pearson is seeking an Advanced Specialist, Solutioning to shape high-impact solutions for enterprise customers. You will translate complex business challenges into clear solution narratives and proposals aligned to customer strategy.

This role requires strong consultative skills, AI fluency, executive presence, and the ability to navigate complex enterprise environments. You will lead discovery, develop tailored proposals, and collaborate across teams to ensure adoption and success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in solution consulting, pre-sales, enterprise sales support, or a related customer-facing role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field; MBA desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools (Copilot) to improve analysis, productivity, solution design, and outcomes.
• Experience or exposure to workforce planning, talent strategy, learning, or organizational transformation is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with sales teams and influence outcomes in complex enterprise buying environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic customer discovery (conversations/workshops) to understand objectives, challenges, stakeholders, and success criteria.
• Develop and present tailored solution proposals articulating value, outcomes, and differentiation to support revenue goals.
• Collaborate with sales, product, delivery, legal, finance, and customer success to ensure adoption readiness.
• Stay current on enterprise trends in AI, workforce strategy, digital transformation, and solution consulting best practices.
• This role includes occasional travel to support engagements and internal collaboration.
