You’ll collaborate across sales, product, delivery, legal, and finance to ensure readiness and successful adoption, with travel as needed to support engagements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in solution consulting, pre‑sales, or related customer‑facing role.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; MBA desirable.
• Proven ability to use AI tools to improve analysis, productivity, and outcomes.
• Experience in workforce planning, talent strategy, learning, or organizational transformation is a plus.
• Ability to partner with sales teams and influence outcomes in complex enterprise buying.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic customer discovery to understand objectives, challenges, stakeholders, and success criteria.
• Develop and present tailored solution proposals that articulate value, outcomes, and differentiation.
• Collaborate with sales, product, delivery, legal, finance, and customer success to ensure readiness and adoption.
• Stay current on enterprise AI trends, workforce strategy, digital transformation, and best practices.
• Occasional travel to support customer engagements and internal collaboration.
