Job summary

Blitzy, a Cambridge, MA based AI software development platform, is hiring a Senior Solutions Consultant to engage, educate, and close enterprise customers seeking to modernize software development with AI.

You will work directly with engineering leaders, CTOs, and technical teams to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth, delivering proofs-of-concept and compelling demonstrations while guiding customers through architecture discussions and integration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software engineering, solutions consulting, or technical leadership.
• Deep understanding of enterprise software development with cloud infrastructure, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD, and microservices.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to engineers and executives.
• Proven problem-solving skills in fast-paced, complex enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies or AI-driven products in enterprise SaaS.
• Background helping companies modernize engineering workflows.
• Previous experience at Microsoft, Google, AWS, Salesforce, or enterprise consultancies.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical advisor for Enterprise customers evaluating Blitzy — running proofs-of-concept that demonstrate measurable business impact and helping them integrate Blitzy into their existing development environments
• Lead technical discussions on software architecture, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and developer workflows
• Deliver compelling demos to Senior Developers, CTOs, and CIOs that convert technical curiosity into commercial momentum
• Run proofs-of-concept that demonstrate measurable business impact, and help customers integrate Blitzy into their existing development environments
• Build trusted advisor relationships with technical stakeholders and executives
• Drive post-sale adoption and expansion, ensuring customers grow Blitzy usage across teams and products
• Serve as the technical conduit between our CTO, AI Engineering team, and the customer's experience on the platform — partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering throughout the customer lifecycle
• Translate customer feedback into product improvements and roadmap insights
• Track and optimize your pipeline with precision, learning from every win and loss to sharpen your approach
