Job summary

Blitzy is hiring a Senior Solution Consultant to engage, educate, and close prospective customers seeking to modernize their software development with AI. You will work with engineering leaders, CTOs, and technical teams at enterprises to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

You will lead architecture discussions, run proofs-of-concept, deliver compelling demos, and help integrate Blitzy into existing environments.

Qualifications

7+ years in software engineering or technical leadership.
Deep understanding of enterprise software development and modern practices.
Experience with cloud, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD and microservices.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to engineers and executives.

Responsibilities

Act as technical advisor for Enterprise customers evaluating Blitzy.
Lead technical discussions on software architecture, CI/CD, cloud, APIs, and developer workflows.
Deliver demos to Senior Developers, CTOs, and CIOs to generate momentum.
Run proofs-of-concept showing measurable business impact.
Build trusted advisor relationships with technical stakeholders and executives.
Drive post-sale adoption and expansion across teams and products.
Serve as conduit between CTO/AI engineering and customer experience, coordinating with Sales, Product, and Engineering.
Translate customer feedback into product improvements and roadmap insights.
Track and optimize your pipeline, learning from wins and losses.
