Job summary

Abnormal AI is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to own and grow a defined Ohio Valley territory, selling behavioral AI security solutions to large enterprises.

You will manage full cycle deals, from first conversations to signature, while coordinating with SEs, marketing, and CS to drive renewals and expansions. Base salary range $144,500–$170,000 USD with bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct enterprise hunting experience.
• Strong negotiation skills in complex sales cycles.
• Proven over-quota performance, top 10% preferred.
• Technical fluency across security, email, cloud and AI.
• Cybersecurity or security SaaS sales with $100k+ deals.
• Builders mindset in early-stage environments.
• Comfort in a fast-growing company with expanding products.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a defined enterprise territory with overachieving ARR quotas.
• Run full deal cycle on enterprise accounts (>3k mailboxes).
• Prospect and build new opportunities using our GTM engine.
• Sell a platform expanding into identity, AI security, insider threat.
• Partner with CS to protect renewals and spot expansions early.
• Maintain accurate pipeline in Salesforce, Highspot, Close Plan.
• Advocate for customers to ensure prioritization of revenue.
