Job summary

Abnormal is expanding its AI Security suite and seeks a quota-carrying sales executive to own regional AI Security plays and drive expansion across 5,000+ customers. You will run the sales cycle end-to-end, from first conversation to close, and lead focused outbound to net new logos in large enterprises.

You will collaborate with Account Executives, Sales Engineering, and product leadership, going deep on AI governance, cloud security, and behavioral models.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in Enterprise accounts.
• Hands-on experience selling an AI product with technical depth.
• Experience selling in security or closely adjacent infrastructure.
• Ability to discuss AI architecture and cloud security in detail to gain trust with technical buyers.
• Consultative, challenger style with hunter instincts.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with AEs, Sales Eng, and product leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own AI Security in your region. Carry the AI Security quota and run the sales cycle from first conversation through close.
• Drive expansion across our customer base with upsell campaigns and strategic outbound to win net new logos.
• Run focused pipeline generation with a targeted outbound motion in large enterprises.
• Partner with Account Executives and equip them to carry AI Security conversations on deals that matter.
• Go deep on the technology, discussing AI governance, agent security, and cloud security with technical buyers.
• Lead design partner conversations for early-availability products and shape deals with product leadership.
• Shape the product and playbook by feeding field feedback to Product and R&D.
• Build AI Security expertise across the sales team and stay current as the suite evolves.
• Stay ahead in a fast-changing market as the motion matures from early availability to GA.
