Job summary

Abnormal AI, Inc. is seeking a high-velocity AI Security Sales Executive to own the regional AI Security quota, expand within our 5,000+ customer base, and collaborate with Account Executives to win net new logos at large enterprises.

You’ll engage security and product leadership, discuss AI governance and cloud/agent security, and help shape the motion as the suite evolves toward GA, building a scalable, field-tested playbook.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, primarily selling into Enterprise accounts.
• Hands-on experience selling an AI product, with enough technical depth to run the sales cycle as the expert.
• Experience selling in security or closely adjacent infrastructure.
• Technical depth to discuss AI architecture, cloud security concepts, and how behavioral models work.
• Consultative, challenger style with hunter instincts for outbound into new logos.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity as the motion evolves.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with AEs, Sales Eng, and product leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own AI Security in your region and carry the AI Security quota from first conversation through close.
• Drive expansion across our customer base with upsell campaigns.
• Run focused pipeline generation with targeted outbound to win net new logos.
• Partner with Account Executives to enable AI Security conversations and close key deals.
• Go deep on the technology with security and platform teams during conversations.
• Lead design partner conversations for early-availability products with product leadership.
• Shape the product and playbook by feeding field insights to Product/R&D as the suite matures.
• Build AI Security expertise across the sales team beyond closing deals.
• Stay current as the suite evolves with rapid iterations.
