Job summary

Zscaler in Texas is seeking an Account Executive to drive strategic, multi-year deals with enterprise customers, build long-term account plans, and align solutions with client goals.

You will engage C-level stakeholders, collaborate with internal teams, and act as a trusted advisor to accelerate digital security initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Base pay range is $140,000 to $170,000 USD with additional commission and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle software or security sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Progressive selling experience engaging with enterprise accounts and selling at the C-Level.
• Residency in within Texas.
• Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools and integrating new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with internal and customer stakeholders, including c-suite decision-makers.
• Create a long-term account strategy aligned with customer goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and contribute to account planning.
• Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client businesses and aligning technical solutions with strategic goals.
