Rnb Consultancy, a San Francisco based seed-stage AI startup, seeks a sales generalist to own the full sales motion—from outreach to close—with no SDR/BDR layers. You will prospect, build executive relationships, and close deals as you report to company leadership.

The role is on-site in San Francisco, 9-9-6, with base pay and strong commission, plus equity and relocation support. Base salary ranges from $100k to $280k with commission upside and 0.1-0.3% equity.

• 4+ years in go-to-market or sales.
