Job summary

Glean is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business and expand relationships within large enterprise accounts. You will land multi-million dollar deals by leveraging our AI technology and knowledge graph to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will navigate complex org structures, build executive sponsorship, and lead a repeatable MEDDIC-driven sales process with cross-functional teams including SEs, BDRs, PMs, and engineers. Remote role based in South Florida.

Qualifications

• 6+ years closing experience in sales and a track record of top performance.
• Ability to learn, pitch, and demonstrate a highly technical product.
• Proven experience selling into complex organizations and C-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Source and close net new logos within a given territory.
• Navigate complex organizations and identify executive sponsors and champions.
• Research customer objectives and perform value-driven sales cycles.
• Collaborate with internal partners to move deals forward and ensure customer success.
• Deliver ARR targets with a metric-based approach.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to build pipeline and bookings.
