Deepen AI, Inc is seeking a Sales Director to lead go-to-market strategy and close multi-million dollar enterprise deals in the SF Bay Area. You will own the complete sales cycle—from prospecting to pilots through negotiations—while partnering with Ops, engineering, and product to ensure pilots are successful and data requirements are addressed.

Qualifications

• Startup agility to operate in a highly ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
• Domain focus selling to frontier AI labs, foundation model developers, or AI infra companies in SF Bay Area.
• Enterprise track record with 5+ years in enterprise sales, preferably AI tooling or software.
• 3+ years closing multi-million dollar contracts.
• Strong technical foundation in AI, ML data workflows, or enterprise software platforms.
• Executive relationships with highly technical research leaders, engineers, and AI executives.
• Ability to identify high-probability frontier lab accounts and high-value AI verticals.
• Experience at a fast-paced startup and comfort in unstructured environments.
• Proven negotiation and closing skills.

Responsabilités

• Go-To-Market Leadership: lead go-to-market, pricing strategy, quotas, and budgets for frontier AI labs.
• Full Sales Cycle Ownership: oversee prospecting, pilots, negotiations, and deal execution for large enterprise deals.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: collaborate with Ops, engineering, and product to ensure pilots succeed and data needs are met.
• Strategic Differentiation: develop sales and product strategies to differentiate Deepen AI in frontier AI ecosystems.
• Market Presence: represent the company at industry events and conferences in Silicon Valley.
