ServiceNow in Raleigh, NC is seeking an accomplished SaaS sales professional to generate new business from a defined set of prospects, focusing on AI-enabled workflows.

You will build relationships with CFO, CIO, COO, and CDO and manage account strategy with cross-functional teams, including Solutions Consultants and Partners.

Base pay ranges from $114,400 to $160,000 with equity and benefits; OTE incentives vary by location and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• 7+ years of software sales experience.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and other teams.
• Ability to produce new business, negotiate deals, and maintain healthy C-Level relationships.
• Experience achieving sales targets.
• Understanding the "bigger picture" and IT plans.
• Promoting a customer-success, win-as-a-team mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with multiple C-suite personas across product sales.
• Oversee client relationship mapping and orchestrate account strategy across a broad virtual team.
• Advise customers on how ServiceNow can support their IT roadmap.
• Identify the right specialist resources to bring into deals at the right time.
