Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as an Account Executive, with at least 3 years selling SaaS to enterprise clients.
• Hunter mentality with outbounding and pipeline development.
• AI expertise or familiarity with AI-powered solutions is a strong advantage.
• Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Champion AI transformation and drive adoption of Fin by enterprise clients.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close with a consultative approach.
• Advocate for customers and collaborate with Product, Marketing, and other teams.
• Deliver tailored AI demonstrations showcasing Fin's value.
• Provide forecasts and maintain visibility into the sales pipeline.
• Mentor peers and lead projects to elevate the sales team.
