Procore Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager for Enterprise AI to drive enterprise-wide AI initiatives and scalable governance frameworks.

You will collaborate with Principal Product Managers, Architects, Enablement, Security, Legal, Finance, and Product & Technology leaders to translate AI strategy into measurable results. Reporting to the Senior Director, Technology Transformation & Enterprise AI, this role can be based in Austin, Texas, with flexible remote options

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management.
• Experience designing, establishing, and scaling intake, governance, or service management frameworks.
• Demonstrated cross-functional leadership with engineering, security, legal, and business units.
• Fluency with AI tools, architectures, and workflows (e.g., Jira) for triaging requests.
• Excellent written communication and ability to simplify complex topics.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise-wide AI programs end-to-end, spanning strategy to production adoption.
• Manage multi-team dependencies, risk frameworks, and timelines across IT, Security, Legal, and Business Units.
• Establish and drive the operational program cadence and executive-level reporting.
• Own and optimize the AI intake and routing pipeline with clear value capture.
• Track requests through the full software lifecycle from intake to production adoption.
• Facilitate enterprise AI governance with Security, GRC, and Legal.
• Maintain the enterprise backlog aligned with product priorities.
