Job summary

Accenture LearnVantage is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new and expanding opportunities across enterprise technology and workforce solutions. You will co-sell with Accenture Diamond Account teams, engage C-suite stakeholders, and develop strong executive relationships to position LearnVantage as a strategic workforce reinvention partner.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, account management, sales leadership, or new logo acquisition.
• Proven track record of originating and closing significant net new business, preferably $500K+ ARR deals or more.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Accenture's Diamond Account sales teams to attach LearnVantage AI, data, cloud, networking, and certification training to large-scale transformation programs.
• Engage CALs and Managing Directors in account planning to identify LearnVantage opportunities within active client pursuits.
• Identify and develop pipeline from existing Accenture accounts not yet engaged with LearnVantage.
• Prospect, qualify, and develop a self-sourced pipeline in greenfield accounts.
• Conduct executive-level discovery and solution presentations with CIO/CHRO/CDO/CEO to establish credibility.
• Close net-new logos and expand existing accounts to meet bookings targets.
• Use industry trends and AI market signals to craft insight-led narratives for workforce priorities.
• Demonstrate ROI through upskilling investments linked to adoption and productivity.
• Serve as feedback loop between clients and LearnVantage teams to surface skill gaps.
