Job summary

Accenture LearnVantage is seeking an enterprise Account Executive to lead multi-stakeholder, net-new and expansion deals in enterprise technology, workforce solutions, or corporate training environments. You will partner with Accenture's Diamond Account teams, build executive relationships, qualify opportunities, and drive ROI through AI-enabled learning offerings across LearnVantage's portfolio.

Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, account management, sales leadership, or new logo acquisition in a consulting, technology, or professional services environment.
Proven track record closing significant net new business in mid-market or multi-subsidiary environments, preferably $500K+ ARR deals.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

Partner with Accenture's Diamond Account sales teams to attach LearnVantage AI, data, cloud, networking, and certification training to large-scale transformation programs.
Engage CALs and Managing Directors in account planning to identify LearnVantage opportunities within active client pursuits.
Identify and develop pipeline from existing Accenture accounts not yet engaged with LearnVantage, matching portfolio solutions to client priorities.
Prospect, qualify, and develop a self-sourced pipeline in greenfield accounts with no existing Accenture footprint.
Conduct executive-level discovery and solution presentations with CIO/CHRO/CDO/CEO to establish LearnVantage credibility.
