Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of experience in consulting or leadership roles.
• Deep expertise in AI transformation, data analytics, and digital modernization.
• Proven track record of scaling AI in enterprise programs and leading large-scale transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI solution shaping and pursuit management across Randstad Digital verticals.
• Provide executive leadership across client accounts and guide large-scale AI transformation efforts.
• Develop AI enablement materials and offering components for market differentiation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure delivery quality and alignment.
• Represent the firm in industry forums and advisory engagements.
• Contribute to firm strategy and operational excellence initiatives.
