Job summary

Acosta Group seeks a Director to lead AI enablement and adoption, driving enterprise strategy to embed approved AI tools and workflows across associates, leaders, and corporate functions. You will transform AI usage into measurable business impact with guided adoption and governance.

You will design learning pathways, build an AI champions network, and partner across HR, Communications, Technology, and business units to ensure responsible, enterprise-wide adoption.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise change management, digital adoption, or workforce enablement experience.
• 5+ years leading enterprise-scale adoption programs for digital or AI platforms.
• Experience building practical AI enablement programs including literacy and guided adoption.
• Strong understanding of GenAI, Microsoft Copilot, AI agents, prompt engineering, and workflow automation.
• Ability to translate AI strategy and governance into simple guidance for employees and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead Acosta Group’s enterprise AI enablement and adoption strategy across the organization.
• Create role-based AI learning pathways, adoption playbooks, and hands-on programs.
• Build and manage an AI champions network to support federated adoption.
• Partner with HR, Communications, Technology, and business units to embed AI into workflows.
