Job summary

Acosta seeks a Manager, AI Enterprise Enablement to partner with IT, HR, Finance and operations, driving adoption and governance of enterprise platforms like Oracle Fusion, UKG, Salesforce and Microsoft 365. You’ll lead change programs, ensure readiness, and track outcomes across BAS teams.

You will collaborate with agency leaders and business partners to enable AI-enabled capabilities, maintain knowledge bases, and deliver impactful transformations with measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Information Technology, Operations Management, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise systems support, business operations, technology programs, project management, HRIS/ERP/CRM support, change enablement, or related roles.
• Experience supporting enterprise software platforms such as Oracle HCM, Oracle Fusion, UKG, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, or similar business systems.

Responsibilities

• Enterprise Transformation, Enablement & Change Enablement: serve as BAS IT liaison for enterprise platforms and systemic transformation; lead adoption, process improvement, AI enablement, and business transformation across multiple platforms.
• Stakeholder & Support Coordination: partner with internal system owners, IT, HR, Finance, Operations to coordinate readiness and issue resolution for enterprise system changes.
• Requirements, Impact Assessment & Readiness: gather business requirements, assess process impacts, document dependencies, support readiness planning for new capabilities and transitions from legacy tools.
• Release, Transition & Communications Support: drive stakeholder engagement, adoption strategies, release notes, launch materials, user guidance and support instructions.
• Process & Knowledge Management: maintain documentation for processes, support paths, roles, FAQs, training references, SOPs, issues and enhancements.
• Issue Triage & Continuous Improvement: identify friction points, data gaps, defects, and ensure follow-up and improvement.
• Governance, Compliance & Data Stewardship: support governance, security, privacy, audit readiness, data stewardship, alignment with standards.
• Change Effectiveness, Reporting & Continuous Improvement: track readiness, progress, feedback, data quality and provide leadership updates.
• Cross-Functional Relationship Management: build relationships across vendors and stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
