Job summary

hireneXus in New York seeks an AI Consulting Engineer to scale AI capabilities across client portfolios, partnering with executives to identify opportunities and deliver AI-enabled products and workflows.

You will design, build, and deploy AI solutions, integrate with CRM/ERP systems, and develop reusable playbooks that accelerate adoption. You’ll coach engineers and business leaders, translating complex ideas into practical business terms to drive value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering or AI engineering with production delivery.
• Hands-on with large language model APIs, AI agents, RAG architectures, automation platforms.
• Experience delivering 0-to-1 initiatives.
• Strong systems integration with enterprise apps, data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leaders to identify high-impact AI opportunities.
• Design, build, and deploy AI-enabled products and workflows across departments.
• Translate complex business challenges into practical technical solutions for production deployment.
• Integrate AI with CRM, ERP, data warehouses, and legacy systems.
• Evaluate readiness, architecture, data requirements, and implementation considerations for each initiative.
• Drive adoption through training, documentation, and change management.
• Develop reusable frameworks and playbooks to accelerate future AI initiatives.
• Advise senior leadership on AI strategy, tradeoffs, risks, and capabilities.
