Qualifications
- Required: 10+ years of product management, including platform product management.
- Required: Strong experience building AI-first products and platforms.
- Required: Practical fluency with Salesforce or enterprise CRM capabilities and Adobe products.
- Required: Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder influence.
- Preferred: Familiarity with data governance and financial-services compliance.
Responsibilities
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Client Enablement Intelligence Platform and related AI seller‑assist products.
- Define architecture and reusable capabilities to enable scalable AI experiences.
- Lead cross-functional teams across Business, Platform, Engineering, Data Science, and Insights & Analytics.
- Translate AI opportunities into practical use cases, experiments, and measurable outcomes.
- Establish success metrics for platform health, adoption, and governance.
