Briggs & Stratton in Milwaukee, WI seeks an AI Enablement Specialist to drive enterprise AI adoption and cross-functional automation. You will design agentic AI, mentor teams, and integrate AI workflows with ERP ecosystems such as SAP while standardizing processes.

You will lead discovery, architect scalable AI models on cloud platforms, and champion AI literacy through workshops and demos. A strong candidate will blend strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and governance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
At least 5 years in IT or AI enablement roles.
Ability to translate complex tech concepts for business teams.
Experience integrating AI into manufacturing or ERP environments.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery sessions to translate business challenges into AI requirements.
Design and deploy Autonomous Agents and multi-agent orchestrations.
Integrate Agentic AI with SAP across supply chain and PLM modules.
Architect and scale AI models on GCP or enterprise clouds.
Act as project manager for AI initiatives and secure resources.
Host AI literacy workshops and Demo Days to drive adoption.
Promote no-code/low-code AI tools with user training.
Create detailed technical specs and ensure relevant AI outputs.
Ensure AI solutions fit existing workflows with benchmarks and human-in-the-loop validation.
Implement security, privacy, and ethical guardrails for AI.
