About the Role

Randstad Digital Consulting is seeking a Service Line Partner, AI Enablement to drive firm growth and guide the delivery of transformative AI programs across enterprise clients. This role is ideal for a senior consulting leader who brings commercial acumen and a proven ability to scale AI within enterprise programs while cultivating trusted, long-term client relationships. You will lead strategic portfolios focused on establishing AI Centers of Excellence (COEs) and driving measurable business impact through advanced technology.

What You'll Do

• Lead business growth through AI solution shaping, and pursuit management across Randstad Digital verticals; drive end-to-end AI solution development in collaboration with Randstad Digital stakeholders across the organization.
• Provide leadership across multiple AI-focused client accounts, ensuring excellence in delivery, client satisfaction, and business impact; serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, guiding large-scale AI transformation efforts and establishing robust AI Centers of Excellence (COEs).
• Drive the creation and continuous evolution of AI enablement materials and AI offering model components to differentiate the firm in the market.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engagement teams across operational excellence, data, and technology,ensuring delivery quality, alignment, and a one-team mindset.
• Represent the firm in industry forums and executive roundtables, driving innovation through AI workshops and strategic advisory engagements.
• Contribute to firm strategy, financial performance, and operational excellence initiatives, including the Randstad Digital AI Council.
• Champion diversity, inclusion, and collaborative, purpose-driven values, including a passion for mentorship, team development, and fostering a culture of accountability.

What You'll Bring

• Professional Experience: 10-15+ years of experience, including at least 8 years in consulting or leadership roles.
• AI Expertise: Deep expertise in the human side of AI transformation, data and analytics, technology modernization, and digital transformation.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success scaling AI in enterprise programs and leading complex digital transformation initiatives.
• Consultative Selling: Successful track record of selling professional services to leadership in both business and technology organizations.
• Executive Presence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and guide strategic partnerships.
• Collaborative Leadership: Experience leading global or cross-industry teams within a matrixed consulting environment.
• Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial acumen with prior experience in consulting solution development.
• Education: Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree in business, technology, or a related field is preferred.
