Job summary

SB Energy in Redwood City, CA is seeking an Enterprise AI Enablement Manager to scale responsible AI adoption across the enterprise. You will partner with Legal, HR, Finance and IT to identify, design, and deploy scalable AI use cases and governance frameworks.

You will translate workflows into practical AI solutions, develop adoption playbooks, and drive user training and change management to improve efficiency across systems like NetSuite, Paylocity, Vena, Workiva and SharePoint.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, operations, computer science, legal or finance operations, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in digital transformation, enterprise systems, business operations, product management, AI enablement, or process improvement.
Experience working with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and launch enterprise tools/workflows.
Familiarity with enterprise systems like NetSuite, Paylocity, Workiva, Vena, contract/document management, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams.

Responsibilities

Partner with Legal, HR, Finance, Procurement, Operations, and other business teams to discover AI enablement opportunities.
Translate business needs into process maps, product requirements documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, launch plans, and adoption playbooks.
Lead enablement of ChatGPT Enterprise across business functions, including training and workflow guides.
Design AI-assisted workflows for legal intake, contract review support, HR self-service, finance reporting, and AP workflows.
Define data access, permissions, privacy, legal privilege, and responsible AI governance with stakeholders.
