Siemens Energy seeks an AI Partnering Professional to serve as the North America AI SME across business units. You will scout practical AI opportunities, translate needs into specs, and drive AI initiatives from concept through delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, or related field.
• Typically 5+ years of IT consulting, app development, or AI solution delivery.
• Experience with AI/ML technologies and responsible AI practices.
• Strong foundation in Python, SQL, Azure, AWS, RESTful APIs, data integration, or AI platforms.
• Experience managing technical projects using structured delivery, including Agile.
• Ability to translate business challenges into actionable technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary AI SME and consultant for North America across business units.
• Identify and scope AI-enabled automation, optimization, or enhancement opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into functional/technical specs for AI systems.
• Manage AI-focused IT consulting and delivery from planning through rollout.
• Oversee development and integration of AI information systems, data sources, and platforms.
• Build trust with stakeholders and ensure AI solutions deliver measurable value.
• Coach and review junior staff and support AI upskilling across the team.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
