Job summary

CDW is seeking a Sr Manager, AI Enablement to translate CDW's AI First strategy into scalable coworker enablement across the enterprise. You’ll partner with leaders, manage the AI360 governance, and drive an end-to-end enablement program that builds skills and confidence in using AI at work.

The role requires disciplined program management, strong influence across functions, an active external network, and a track record of delivering AI-enabled change at scale.

Qualifications

• Minimum basic requirements: degree and 7+ years in program management, change management, transformation, technology adoption, or capability building.
• Experience in enterprise-scale, cross-functional programs, with influence rather than authority.
• Active networker with track record of bringing external practice into the work.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Enterprise AI Enablement Program across CDW.
• Activate enablement plans with leaders and regions; manage roadmap and risks.
• Partner with Legal, Risk, IT, and Learning to translate responsible AI policy into practical guidance.
