Job summary

CDW seeks a Sr Manager, AI Enablement to translate the AI First strategy into a practical enablement plan that builds AI fluency across the organization. The role partners with leaders across functions to implement a scalable enablement program, track progress, and adapt based on research and results.

The successful candidate will manage an enterprise AI agenda, work with Legal, Risk, IT, and Learning to translate responsible AI policy into day‑to‑day guidance, and foster external partnerships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, human resources, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in program management, change management, transformation, technology adoption, or capability building.
• Experience delivering cross-functional programs in a large, matrixed organization.
• Experience delivering at enterprise scale with governance and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating rhythm for coworker AI enablement and manage milestones, dependencies, and status reporting.
• Maintain and refresh enablement roadmaps with functional leaders to reflect evolving technology and business needs.
• Represent coworker enablement in enterprise AI program governance forums and translate decisions into the plan.
