Job summary

Applied Materials seeks a senior program/change leader to drive enterprise‑scale AI enablement. You will own the AI literacy roadmap, define the curriculum by role, and partner with Legal, Security, and Data Governance to ensure responsible AI adoption at scale.

You will design executive‑level workshops, recruit a broad ambassador network, and measure progress against KPIs such as usage, proficiency, and productivity gains.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise-scale programs or change initiatives in a large organization.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners without direct authority.
• Strong capacity to map barriers to adoption and drive cultural and behavioral change.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable programs and track measurable outcomes.
• Experience designing and delivering executive-level learning or change programs.
• Familiarity with responsible AI principles and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise AI literacy roadmap with multi-year curriculum strategy and quarterly milestones.
• Measure capability gains using a KPI framework and report progress to senior leadership.
• Design and deliver leader-facing workshops on AI tool stacks and new working behaviors.
• Build and activate an AI Champion Network across business units to accelerate adoption.
• Lead change management by mapping barriers and developing mitigation strategies with managers.
• Collaborate with Legal, Security, Compliance, and Data Governance on responsible AI governance.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders to secure buy-in, resources, and sponsorship.
• Tie learning outcomes to business performance, focusing on productivity and competitive advantage.
• Iterate rapidly by collecting feedback and benchmarking against peers.
