Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, human resources, or a related field.
• Experience delivering cross-functional programs in a large, matrixed organization.
• Experience driving AI enablement and scalable adoption across enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating rhythm for coworker AI enablement and manage milestones, risks, and forums.
• Maintain enablement roadmap with functional leaders and refresh as tech/business evolves.
• Represent coworker enablement in enterprise AI governance and carry decisions back into the plan.
