Job summary

The Encompass Group is seeking an AI Enablement & Adoption Manager/Specialist to drive enterprise-wide generative AI adoption. You will partner with business leaders and tech teams to identify high-impact use cases, design AI-enabled workflows, and develop training programs.

You will establish governance, evaluate outputs, and create playbooks and prompts to scale adoption while ensuring data privacy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with AI governance, privacy and risk management.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI platforms and AI-enabled workflows.
• Proven ability to drive adoption and measure impact.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the organization's internal expert on enterprise generative AI tools and capabilities.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities where AI can improve efficiency and productivity.
• Design, test, document, and optimize AI-enabled workflows across business and technical functions.
• Create reusable prompts, templates, instructions, playbooks, and AI-enabled processes.
• Establish workflow requirements, validation procedures, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Develop role-based training and coaching programs to increase adoption and confidence.
