Job summary

CDW is seeking a Sr Manager, AI Enablement to translate the AI First strategy into a practical, scalable enablement plan across the enterprise. You will partner with leaders to activate plans, track progress, and drive adoption of responsible AI practices.

The role requires strong program management, an active external network, and a track record of delivering large-scale initiatives across regions. A deep understanding of AI trends and governance will be essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, human resources, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in program management, change management, transformation, technology adoption, or capability building.
• Experience driving adoption and behavior change at scale is highly valued; experience with AI enablement is a plus.
• Strong program and project management discipline with planning, sequencing, risk management, and follow-through.
• Proven ability to influence across functions, levels, and regions in a large, matrixed organization.
• Active networking inside and outside the company to bring external practice into the work.
• Demonstrated practical application of AI with concrete examples; machine-learning engineering is not required.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills for senior leader sessions and practical application guidance.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the enterprise AI enablement program with a disciplined operating rhythm.
• Maintain and refresh enablement roadmaps across evolving tech and business needs.
• Represent coworker enablement in governance forums and translate decisions into the plan.
• Partner with leaders to activate enablement plans across organizations and regions.
• Build and mature an AI champion network and external partnerships to scale practices.
• Track adoption and impact with dashboards and senior-leader reporting, adapting plans as needed.
