Job summary

CDW is seeking a Senior Leader to drive the Enterprise AI Enablement Program and own the operating rhythm for coworker AI adoption across the organization. You will coordinate with Talent Strategy & Planning, governance forums, and regional leaders to align enablement initiatives with the overall AI strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational development, human resources, or related field and 7+ years of experience in program management, change management, transformation, technology adoption, or capability building.
• Experience or strong interest in AI enablement, adoption at scale, and driving behavioral change across large organizations.
• Strong program and project management discipline—planning, sequencing, dependency and risk management, status reporting, and follow-through.
• Experience delivering cross-functional programs in a large, matrixed organization with influence rather than authority.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Enterprise AI Enablement Program and own operating rhythm across multiple owners.
• Maintain enablement roadmap with senior leadership, flag risks, and refresh as tech and business evolve.
• Represent coworker enablement in enterprise AI governance forums and connect coworker agenda to AI effort.
• Partner with leaders to build enablement plans and scale across regions and functions.
• Track adoption and impact with dashboards and regular progress check-ins.
