Job summary

DocuSign is seeking an AI Enablement Manager to shape enterprise AI learning and adoption across functions. You’ll build and scale an AI Academy, translate AI concepts into practical training, and partner with HR and leaders to drive sustained AI fluency across the organization.

You’ll report to the Technical Learning Director and lead high-impact enablement tracks, blending strategy, storytelling, and measurable outcomes to empower the workforce in an AI-forward world.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years in technical enablement or related roles.
• Experience with Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) principles.
• Experience leading cross-functional change initiatives.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Shape enterprise AI learning strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Translate AI strategy into compelling learning journeys and experiences.
• Design and curate AI enablement tracks and content catalogs.
• Set vision and standards for AI enablement and measure impact.
• Drive AI adoption through structured programs and hands-on support.
• Embed practical, role-based learning into day-to-day workflows with HITL principles.
• Collaborate with HR and leaders to promote AI fluency across the org.
• Build relationships with AI Champions and external partners to scale enablement.
• Define and deploy impact measurement for AI contributions to productivity.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior leaders on enterprise AI transformation.
• Utilize data to track adoption and learner outcomes and iterate programs.
• Communicate insights clearly to drive continuous improvement.
