Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Technical Deployment Lead on the Claude Agentic Solutions team to drive custom AI agent solutions for enterprise customers in highly regulated industries. You will own high-value engagements from SOW to production deployment, partner with Forward Deployed Engineers, and shape the technical direction while communicating with C-suite sponsors.

This founding team will build playbooks, deliver world-class deployments, and extract reusable assets to scale the motion.

Qualifications

Led AI/ML engagements or deployments in enterprise settings.
Delivered AI/ML/LLM-based agentic solutions into production.
Experience in regulated industries and executive communication.

Responsibilities

Own the technical delivery plan for each engagement.
Lead technical discovery and MVP scope.
Run day-to-day engineering execution.
Own product scoping for field engagements.
Own the customer relationship throughout delivery, including executive briefings.
Own value measurement and ROI, baselines, KPIs, and reporting to sponsors.
Codify reusable delivery assets and playbooks for scale.
Navigate enterprise and regulatory complexity (security, legal, procurement).
Manage scope and change, escalating with context as needed.
Run delivery operations with sprint ceremonies and milestone reviews.
Travel to customer sites (25–50%).
