Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Deployment Manager to guide enterprise deployments of Claude products from contract to live, governed deployments. You’ll configure identity providers, provisioning, and access controls across leading platforms, while designing scalable activation programs for nonprofits and large organizations.

You will work with CISOs and CTOs to shape governance and security decisions, ensuring the deployments meet security, compliance, and operational goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles with enterprise deployments.
• Experience serving nonprofits or mission-driven organizations.
• Hands-on ownership of enterprise identity integration work (SAML, SCIM).
• Experience advising CISOs/IT leaders on governance and security for SaaS/AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own activation journey from contract to production deployment for Claude products.
• Deploy Claude inside customer environments; configure SSO, provisioning, and connectors.
• Advise CISOs/CTOs on governance, org topology, access models, and OAuth.
• Enable MCP connectors and ensure capabilities are configured per use case.
• Design scalable activation frameworks and repeatable programs for large customer sets.
• Turn playbooks into programs with checklists, enablement, and cohorts.
• Drive change management strategies and train-the-trainer programs.
• Define and track success metrics across activation rate, time-to-value, and satisfaction.
