Job summary

Cyera is seeking an Account Executive for the Mid-West (Enterprise) to lead full-cycle enterprise cloud data security sales. You will prospect, advance opportunities, and close multi-million-dollar deals, mapping Cyera’s data security capabilities to client pain points.

You will engage with CIO/CISO-level stakeholders, build relationships, forecast accurately, and drive territory growth while collaborating with engineering, success, product, and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Results-oriented mindset and overachievement in large deals at a hyper growth startup.
• 8+ years selling enterprise SaaS in cloud/security/data to Fortune 500 customers.
• Proficient in value-based solution selling tied to business outcomes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building; strong presentations.
• Understanding of cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and data risk.
• Familiar with data security frameworks and business-value impact.
• Proven ability to follow formal sales processes and use forecasting tools.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment; able to travel ~50% in US-based role.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate understanding of Cyera’s Data Security Solutions and value.
• Create goals and forecast with a detailed territory plan.
• Lead the sales cycle from pipeline to close.
• Deliver custom meetings and PoVs showing business value onsite.
• Advise CISO, CDO, CPO, CIO with executive-level insights.
• Negotiate and close business with new and existing customers.
• Grow Cyera’s presence with alliances and channel partners.
• Attend marketing events, conferences, and industry networking.
• Embody Cyera’s ethos and market presence.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Delivery, and Executives.
